We were established in 1893 as a firm of  Chartered Accountants by Alexander Fletcher Ferguson, a Scotsman. The firm soon became one of the largest and most reputed in the field. Today we are an independent Indian firm, with a strength of around 800 professionals and offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Calcutta, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Vadodara. 

Our Management Consultancy division was established in 1967 as an independent Strategic Business Unit. We have since worked with almost all Indian business groups, MNCs operating in India, central government and various state governments, and international bodies such as the World Bank and ADB.
